I have had many failed attempts with various meds and this one actually works.

I suffer from narcolepsy. My sleep cycle is reversed entirely. I am useless during active hours and struggle to sleep at times of rest. Modafinil has an energizing effect exceeding all my expectations., Strangely it also helps me to calm down. I take one pill at the start of a day. I use it interchangeably with some natural remedies and exercise. Really do not want to build any tolerance to this substance.

Absolutely changed my life. Much better than Ritalin. Not addictive and no side effects, at least in my case.

I have taken Modafinil for ADD as well as for sleep apnea. I have developed an addiction to Ritalin, since I was on it for almost 5 years. I really like the fact that Modafinil does not cause addiction. In fact, I noticed that I have no urge to increase dosage.
